SCHEDULE

Little Stars – Recreational gymnastics for the youngest athletes. Opportunities to come from 1 to 4 times a week for 90 minutes class.

Xcel – A perfect program to start an introduction to rhythmic gymnastics. Start working with equipment, participate in no-stress competitions, get the most from gradual dive into the course of stretching, conditioning and work with ball, hoop, ribbon, clubs, or rope.

Competitive Levels – Starting from basic techniques going all the way to FIG standards. Different levels are recommended to practice from 3 to 6 times a week.
