General and Special Physical Fitness Standards for Rhythmic Gymnastics Skills to enter 3-5 level.

Rhythmic Gymnastics of New hampshire policies
- Come in proper attire: leggings, t-shirt, shorts (snuggly fit to see the body lines); hair in a high ponytail or a bun. 👚👖👟💇♀️
- Come 5 minutes before the class starts. (Drink, use restroom, chat with friends.) ⏰🚰🚻🗣️
- No chat during class, remember you have 5 minutes before the class. 🤫📵
- Tell your coach immediately if anything hurts. 🗣️⚠️🤕
- Tell your coach before the class if you need to leave earlier. 🕒👋
- Ask your coach permission if you need a break (restroom, water). 🙋♀️🚻🚰
